Meditation changes brain’s physical structure

Meditation may have potential to change the brain’s physical structure, researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles, have found. People who meditate have stronger connections between brain regions and show less age-related brain atrophy, according to the researchers. Meditation effects on left frontal lobe found

Meditation training over 5 weeks increased activity in the left frontal region of the brain, researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Stout have found.
